Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $150 within New York and New Jersey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. International shipping rates vary by destination and order size.

Will I have to pay customs or duties?

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return an item?

Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Can I return a personalized item?

Personalized, custom-made, sale, and gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be returned.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zstander.com or WhatsApp 732-503-7756 with photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.
