Returns
If you would like to return an item, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs for non-defective items are the responsibility of the customer. Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the product description, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@zstander.com or messaging us on WhatsApp at 732-503-7756.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include photos of the item and packaging. Once approved, we will provide return instructions. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by ZStander.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
All returned merchandise must be received in the same condition in which it was originally delivered.
